Bianka B. Steinfeldt is a 2nd Generation Master Pilates Teacher, Integrative Movement Specialist (I.M.S.), and holistic healer with over two decades of international experience. Originally from Austria, Bianka’s lifelong relationship with movement began at age six with classical ballet. After a series of injuries from dancing, skiing, and gymnastics, she discovered Pilates. Experiencing firsthand that “movement heals,” she dedicated her life to mastering the human body.
After relocating to Florida in 2000, Bianka immersed herself in Power Pilates, earning her full certification in 2007. Seeking the highest level of mastery, she completed a prestigious two-year Master Mentor Program under Lolita San Miguel (one of the few remaining Pilates Elders), earning her title as a 2nd Generation Master Teacher.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning and solving complex physical challenges, Bianka has expanded her expertise into advanced biomechanics and somatic training. She holds certifications in ELDOA, Guy Voyer’s SOMA Training, Yoga 500, and Dolphin Neurostim therapy. To treat the whole person, she bridges physical rehabilitation with energetic healing as a Reiki Master, utilizing the Cardinal Method, Theta Healing, and Access Bars.
Bianka’s diverse clientele ranges from ages 10 to 100. She treats every body as entirely unique, refusing to give up on any client. Whether her clients are recovering from chronic pain or aiming to optimize performance, Bianka’s ultimate joy is hearing, “I can do what I love again.” When she isn’t teaching in Florida, she is presenting international workshops in the UK, Germany, and Austria, and presenting for holistic wellness worldwide.
