Brenda Davis, RD, is a trailblazing plant-based dietitian and internationally renowned speaker. She has delivered keynote presentations at nutrition, medical, and dietetic conferences in 28 countries across 6 continents. A prolific author, Brenda has written or co-authored 13 acclaimed books—collectively selling over a million copies—and is currently working on her 14th, Plant-Powered Seniors, due for release in fall 2026. Her work spans both popular and academic platforms, with dozens of articles published and 10 featured in peer-reviewed journals. Brenda served as the lead dietitian in a groundbreaking randomized controlled trial on type 2 diabetes in the Marshall Islands and is a past chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In recognition of her lifelong contributions, Brenda was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame in 2007 and received the prestigious Luminary Award from the Plantrician Project in 2022. She lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
