Zumba & Aqua Fitness
In 2012, Gigi Roney discovered her passion for wellness after losing fifty-five pounds. She started to feel full of life and eager to try new things. In 2013, she became certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America as a group fitness instructor and started working as a wellness coach for WW (formerly Weight Watchers). Gigi has taught classes at Lifetime Fitness and LA Fitness. She was also the activities director for LA Fitness clubs in the Cleveland, Toledo, and Maumee areas of Ohio. She currently teaches in person and virtually to small groups and corporate clients.

This is a class for everyone, especially those with joint ailments and/or injuries. Get fit with this exciting and challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance while supported by a pool noodle. Easy on the joints, these forty-five minutes of water fun will have you splashing your way to improved strength and leave you ready to enjoy the rest of the day.
