Caryn Dugan is the founder of STL VegGirl and the Center for Plant-Based Living. Known as St. Louis’ (STL) official plant-based educator, Caryn has become a nationally recognized as a plant-based nutrition, culinary and lifestyle educator. After surviving cancer in 2008, Caryn turned to a whole food, plant-based lifestyle to reclaim her health and has dedicated her career to helping others do the same. She has completed several programs including Rouxbe, Cornell’s Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate, and Wellcoaches. Caryn co-hosts “The Doc and Chef” series with Dr. Jim Loomis, presenting nationally and internationally. Through cooking classes, speaking engagements, and online programs, she empowers people to take control of their health through food.
